Agumbe is the place known for heavy rain fall. This is the 2nd most rain prone area in India. While going to Agumbe one can see the beauty of the Western Ghats. People come from various places to see the sunset here. There are total 14 curves in this Ghat and it extends for 11kms. In the 6th curve one can see a beautiful waterfall in the rainy season only. Kundadri is another place 14kms far from Agumbe where people go for sight seeing.
