The taluk level Throwball match was held in P.R.N.Amratha Bharathi College on the 28th of September 2012. The match was inaugurated by Shri Seethanadi Vitthala Shetty. The District Development Panchayat Officer Mr.S.S.Shindhe,College committee president Mr.Rajesh Nayak and the Secretary Gurudas Shenoy were present at the moment.
In boys group the 1st place was bagged by Government Pre-University College Karkala and the 2nd place was bagged by Bhuvanendra Pre-University College. In the girls group the 1st place was bagged by P.R.N.Amratha Bharathi Pre-University College,Hebri and the 2nd place went for Shri Raghavendra Public School,Hebri. The Best player in girls was awarded to Vidya Mallya of Amratha Bharathi College.
