Karkala | Sunil Kumar Won by 4254 Votes..

Karakala , 8th May 2013 : In the assembly elections held on 5th may 2013,In Karakala Constituency Sri.V Sunil Kumar ( BJP ) won with a lead of 4,254 votes.He got total 65,039 votes. His nearest competent Sri.H Gopal Bhandary got 60,785 votes.Being Elected for the second term a lot of development in the constituency is expected from Sri.V sunil Kumar.

• Udupi : Pramod Madhwaraj ( Congress ) got 86,868 votes and won in Udupi.His nearest competent B.Sudhakar shetty ( BJP ) got 47,344 votes.
• Kaup : Vinay Kumar Sorake ( Congress ) got 52,782 votes and won in Kaup.His nearest competent Lalaji R.Mendon got 50,987 votes.
• Kundapur : Haladi Srinivas shetty ( Independent ) got 80,563 votes and won in Kundapur Constituency.His nearest competent Mallyadi Shivarama shetty ( BJP ) got 39,952 votes.
• Byndoor : K.Gopal Poojari ( Congress ) got 82,277 votes and won in Byndoor Constituency.His nearest competent B.M.Sukumar Shetty ( BJP ) got 51,128 votes.
