Early Life:
D.Anila Jyothi Reddy is the yelder daughter among four children of a common peasnt.Her family belongs to Narasimhula Gudem in Hanumakonda Mandal, Warangal District of Andhra Pradesh.Her father was in Indian military who lost his job during emergency.As it was very difficult for her family to look after their four children.Her father was forced to Jyothi Reddy to BALASADAN, a government orphanage at Hanumakonda as a mother less child. From standard 5th to 10th Jyothi Reddy stayed in orphanage living a solitary life.After passing 10th with first class marks she returned back to her home hoping to study more,But she couldn't because her family condition was still poor.
At the age of 16 she was married to Sangi Reddy and at the age of 18 she was the mother of 2 girl childs.Her husbands family condition was also not that good so Jyothi also started to work in farm for just 5 Rs/ day.In 1989 Neharu Yuvaka Kendra started night school in the village to give basic education to adults.As there were no graduate in the vilage and Jyothi was only the option. So, she got appointed as the volunteer to teach the adults after some training for the salary of 150 Rs.she gathered all the co-workers of farm to the center and taught them by unique playing methods.During inspection inspection authorities were very well satisfied by her work and appointed her as Mandal Prerak of Hanumaonda.This inspired to study more . she completed her graduation and post graduation distance , mode from Ambedkar University. She got B.Ed degree from Anna University and got appointed as a government teacher.
The Dream of America:
Once her realtive from America came to native for vacation.She used to spend lot of money for her children everyday.This made Jyothi to think of going to america and earn there inorder to give her children a good life.Then onwards she learnt computers and started saving money for her passport and visa. After getting her application for visa rejected several times she got her visa approved for her 6th trial. Early Days in America: After she came to America she understood that its not a easy task to work and get settled in America.after working in Baby sitting and Gas Centers She got a job of $450 in a video shop called "Movie Time".While working there an Engineer from native saw her and by eeing her dedication towards work he offered a job of $800 in his Brothers company situated in South Carolina.She worked there for six months with a proper training. While working there only a reputed company ICSA offered her a good job with handsome salary.Again she faced problems as she didn't had H1 visa and she was told to resign the job.She again started to do small household works for $5 and saved money to get H1 visa.
Enterrenuership:
she went to mexico to obtain her H1 Visa and got a good job of handsome salary again.After passing all the hardships to obtain H1 Visa gave her an idea to establish a company to assist people to obtain H1 Visa.Thus she started Keys Softaware Solutions.She extended its services like developing softaware solutions,job recruiting and other job providing areas.As company grew she left her job in another company and started to give her full time for the development of her company.Now her company has grown as a company of an annual turnover of 25,00,00,000. Jyothi Reddy has not only earned money she has given a good life to so many needy people and wants to do more for the needy ones. The story of Jyothi Reddy can surely put a spark in the people who has lost hope in their life.
